Quebec City Reading Council is a volunteer-based not-for-profit organization.
We promote and support lifelong learning through a variety of free services to adults and families in the Quebec City area. Quebec City Reading Council is funded in full by the Ministry of Education in Quebec (MELS.) QCRC has active partnerships with key community groups. These partnerships help each organization to work together for the collective benefit of our community. |
