Our Mission
Quebec City Reading Council’s mission is to empower and connect the English-speaking community through inclusive, community-driven literacy programs. We offer a variety of programs and services to support learners at every stage of life.
Families can strengthen early literacy skills with their children, while adults aged 16+ can build literacy and practical skills through workshops and create personalized learning plans tailored to their goals. Adults aged 50+ can stay active and engaged through our Lifelong Learning program.
Our Programs
QCRC’s family programs are designed to equip parents with the foundation blocks they need to support preschool learning at home.
Our adult programs are designed to empower, connect, and support individuals through engaging workshops, skill-building opportunities, and community-based learning experiences.
Lifelong Learning (LLL) offers adults aged 50+ activities to stay engaged, connected and learn.
